The Guardala Studio has tremendous volume with deep resonance as well as a full and balanced frequency response. This model incorporates a high baffle and medium bore. The sound of the Studio is clearly demonstrated by Michael Brecker during the years 1979-1982 (Breckers' Brothers Band).
The Guardala metal tenor saxophone mouthpieces successfully and faithfully reproduce the sound and response of the some of the true legends of saxophone playing.

Comments about Guardala Studio Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece:
This Guardala Studio mouthpiece is extremely versatile. It is easy to control, and the sound is fantastic. It can play most anything from Latin Jazz to Pure Motown. And the Altissimo range is outstanding. This one would be a great choice for anyone wanting to use only one mouthpiece for playing a wide variety of music types. Current Setup includes Rovner Light Ligature and Rico Plasticover 2 1/2 reeds.
