Revolutionary guitar recording and effects processing in a tight and powerful package.

Digidesign's Eleven Rack is a revolutionary guitar recording system designed to solve the challenges guitarists face in the studio. Eleven Rack uses a unique tone cloning design and one-of-a-kind, custom-designed True-Z input to re-create the experience of playing through a mic'd amp. By combining studio-standard Pro Tools software with a DSP-accelerated high-resolution interface, Eleven Rack puts professional recording into the hands of every guitar player. Whether you're tracking in the studio or playing on stage, this rackmountable multi-effects processor delivers fresh, mind-blowing, hyper-realistic guitar amp and effects tones that will inspire your best performances.

Digidesign Eleven Rack In The Studio
Eleven Rack combines studio-standard Pro Tools software with a high-resolution, dual DSP-powered audio interface, so you'll never have to worry about latency when recording, thanks to its built-in amp/effects tones, nor will your computer have to carry the processing burden. Additionally, Eleven Rack takes re-amping to the next level by recording both dry and processed guitar signals simultaneously, allowing you to re-amplify later without patching a single cable. Digidesign even found a way to embed the Eleven Rack amp and effects settings into the audio tracks you record, enabling you to automatically recall those settings from your audio files on any Pro Tools system with the Eleven Rack.

Digidesign Eleven Rack On Stage
Eleven Rack also rocks onstage as a standalone amp tone and effects signal processor. Digidesign pulled out all the stops to make sure it sounds and feels just like playing through the real deal. The guitar effects processor comes with a classic collection of guitar effects, from must-have stompboxes to world-class rackmount studio processors. Eleven Rack has all the I/O flexibility you need to integrate it into your existing rig, and easily incorporate the tones you've recorded with into your live setup”closing the gap between studio and stage. Eleven Rack rackmount processor also offers incredibly powerful control options using affordable MIDI controllers and expression pedals, giving you full foot control over everything from vintage wah effects to tempo-driven delays and more.

Digidesign/Avid Eleven Rack for guitar lives up to the hype!

from Undisclosed

Comments about Digidesign Eleven Rack Guitar Multi Effects Processor:

The Digidesign/Avid Eleven has become my new favorite since so many of the sounds are on-point for what I want to achieve. I've used competing preamps a lot for digital recording. And although I have a great amp and stomp boxes, I can simply get the job done faster with the Eleven Rack and get the same results or better. It will be a go-to part of my arsenal for the next five years, at least. To save time in the recording process, I start with Eleven Rack presets and make minor tweaks. The tube saturation sounds are authentic and even rival my tube overdrive/tube amp setup. In fact, the endless sustain one would normally get from a tube amp instead of the Eleven Rack is amazing. The flanger, phaser, chorus and stereo output are also very impressive. Even the tuner is easy to read and user friendly. If I were to perform live, I'd use this unit with a foot midi controller, instead of stomp boxes.

Amazing Realism

from Undisclosed

Comments about Digidesign Eleven Rack Guitar Multi Effects Processor:

This is a great piece of gear. Not only is it a realistic guitar amp simulation processor, it also doubles as a Pro Tools interface. The amp models in Eleven Rack are the best and most realistic out there. I own both the Rack and the Eleven Software. You will get amazing sounds from this unit, guaranteed. The True Z input alone is worth the purchase. This unit is great for Studio use as well as Live. I also have a Digidesign 003R and I hook the Eleven Rack to the 003R through SPDIF. Of course if you want to use the 11 Rack as the Pro Tools interface you can. I also hook the MAIN OUTS to a PA system when I want to use it as a Stand Alone amp simulator. I tune to Drop B. Music123 will beat any price, so why buy anywhere else?
