The Heritage Audio HA73EQX2 is a dual-channel, rackmount preamp and EQ based on the iconic 1073. It offers vintage vibe, rich harmonics and exceptional sound quality. By using genuine Carnhill input and output transformers, the same as the original 1073, the HA73EQX2 delivers comparable world-class sound and performance.

As a preamp, the HA73EQX2 has 80dB of gain that makes it a perfect unit to make any type of microphone sound exceptional. By driving the input of the pre, your tracks can sound like they were recorded through an expensive vintage console at a world-class studio.

As an EQ, the HA73EQX2 is nearly a clone of the original 1073 in both its looks, tone, and behavior. It features two three-band EQs that have +16dB of high and low-frequency shelving and +18dB of fixed-Q mid-band peaking with selectable frequencies at 360Hz, 700Hz, 1.6kHz, 3.2kHz, 4.8kHz and 7.2kHz.
