Epiphone

The classic shape and bell-like tone of Gibson's ES series.

First introduced in the late '50s, the ES series became an instant rock classic, bringing the feel and look of an archtop to a generation of players who had grown up playing solid body guitars like the Les Paul. The ES-335, the first in the ES series, was an instant success. Now Epiphone introduces the ES-335 PRO - an instrument with its roots firmly planted in the classic era when Epiphone's Kalamazoo factory was producing rock's most legendary instruments.

Featuring an ES-style body with Alnico Classic PRO humbucker pickups, the new ES-335 PRO semi-hollowbody from Epiphone turns back the clock while breaking new ground in sound and style. Other classic features include a tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece for incredible sustain, Wilkinson vintage-style tuning machines, and a rosewood fretboard adorned with small block inlay. Case sold separately.

Comments about Epiphone Limited Edition ES-335 PRO Electric Guitar:

Recently acquired this guitar to my collection and at the beginning I was not that thrilled with the sound. I changed the strings and made some minor adjustments and what a tone I got with this baby. I recently sold 3 epis because I didn't dig their probuckers, this classic alnico's really make a difference and changed my vision towards Epi's. They are moderate sound which works for me. Guitar is gorgeous and flawless. I purshased in classic tuxedo black. Tunners work fine and the hardware is top quality. I definetly look forward on acquiring more Epi's in the future and buying them from Music 123. Thank you M123 for bringing these limited editions. They are always dificult to get through local stores.

Comments about Epiphone Limited Edition ES-335 PRO Electric Guitar:

No complaints regarding fit or finish, mine is of the hightest quality. Great neck, great finish, no buzzing. The pups are not quite hot enough though, less than Les Paul Pups. If I plug in after the Les, I have to bump the volume. Still I love this guitar.
