Advanced technology and functional beauty are combined in this stunning 10-hole diatonic harmonica.

The revolutionary new Manji 20 10-hole diatonic harmonica is named after Mr. Manji Suzuki, the company's founder-now in his mid 80s, but still very much in charge. He started with a single hand-built model 70 years ago, and has built Suzuki up into one of the world's premier harmonica manufacturers.

The M20 has a resin composite comb with wood particles embedded. This gives you the tone of a wood comb without cracking or warping.

Harmonicas are Mr. Suzuki's passion and his life's work. The fact he is putting his own name on the MANJI Harmonica is because those 70 years of dedication to perfection are condensed in this one impressive instrument. He is convinced that it will come to be regarded as one of the best harmonicas of the 21st century.

Manji Harmonica

Comments about Suzuki M20 Manji 10-Hole Harmonica:

The Manji harmonica is a fantastic value. I fell in love with Suzuki harmonicas about 7 years ago. I also own about 9 Lee Oskars, and a half dozen Hohner blues harps, 4 Hohner special 20's, 4 Suzuki fire breaths, and a complete set of Suzuki Promasters.

The Manji harmonica has a composite comb. I like this. My more expensive Firebreaths have a wood comb. The Manji gets better volume but still has great tone. My promasters have an aluminum comb. I would say the Manji's volume is just as good as the promaster's and much better than the Lee Oskar's (plastic comb) and Hohner Blues Harps (wood comb). What's really impressive about the Manji, is the sensitivity of the reed plates. Blow and draw bends are effortless. The blow bend on the number 10 hole is perfect every time. The only negative on the Manji, is the cover plates extend past the comb creating a slight ridge similar to what a Hohner has. This is not a big draw back just slightly less comfortable to play over an extended time. My Suzuki Promasters are the most comfortable to play. Suzuki has gone out of their way to give you a top quality professional level instrument, that plays extremely well right out of the box. No reed tweaking needed. The Manji is going to drive the competition crazy! You will be impressed when you play one.

Comments about Suzuki M20 Manji 10-Hole Harmonica:

I have bought a hohner melody maker, suzuki promaster, lee oskar, hohner special 20 and several less expensive harmonicas and this one is my all time favorite. The other harmonicas are great and I throughly enjoy them and wouldn't give them up for anything. However, this manji 20 is so sweet of a harp and am stunned. It plays effortlessly and the sound is unlike anything I have heard. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes but I can't imagine anyone not loving this harp. Suzuki diffently has a winner.
