Comments about Rogue LX200B Series III Electric Bass Guitar:

I purchased the first series of the LX 200B back in 1999. As a broke high school kid, I wanted something to play, but didn't have a lot of cash. In came Rogue and this bass. I got mine in blue, and to this day looks as good as when I unboxed it. Playing the bass, I find the extended neck very accessible with no dead spots and good feel. Over time, it has developed buzzing across the top of the frets, but that is a setup issue.

Pickups are okay. Not great, but acceptable. They do have decent clarity and lows, however they lack a crisp pop while playing slap or hammer ons. The adjustment screws are a joke. The v.III might be different, but the pot metal they made mine out of were very soft, and very stiff.

I still admire this bass greatly. It is a great performer for the money.
