Where to put your pod????

from Cleveland Ohio

Comments about Line 6 POD Mounting Bracket:

Ok, these cute little devices like the pod, 2, xt and x3 are pretty handy devices to have around but where do you put them to avoid messing up your new $400 dollar toy? The answer is: Darn near anywhere you like! This thing allows you to mount it onto your amp's strap, onto a table (with screws) or my personal favorite, onto the top of a mic stand! Mine sits waist high with my short board down at my feet. I get to see everything thats going on, and I don't have to squat with my guitar to see it. Brilliant! My ONLY complaint is that there are holes in the pod mount and in the pod for very small self-tapping screws to hold the pod onto the mount. I'm not sure if I would have used them but it would have been nice to have them in the box. Also, if you are going to mount your pod onto a mic stand get a good stand! The three legged chinese junk stand tip and you could kill your pod with a slight cable tug. No matter how you mount it, the pod mount works very nicely and tilts it a bit so you can see everything you need.
