Comments about Fender Vintage Reissue '63 Reverb Unit:

I'm pleased with my purchase of the '63 tube reverb.... but I would only recommend it for serious vintage players. The unit is well-made, and has that great vintage look. I also appreciated the fact that it has a footswitch included, which is mandatory in my case. I run it through my effects loop on my Dual-Recto head, which does need a volume adjustment. Not for Heavy Metal! If you're going to be playing loud and saturated, I would stick to digital reverb effects for noise control. Thanks again to Music 123 for their help.

Comments about Fender Vintage Reissue '63 Reverb Unit:

I have owned this unit (in white tolex) since 2000. I love the tone and the verb with the only drawback being the age-old problem of where to put the bloody thing when the stage is less than solid. Any movement and SPROINGGGG!!! Ah well, that's reverb units. There is slight drop in volume when using the unit but it sounds so good through my '59 Bassman reissue I don't care! I recommend this if you can't get your hands on the originals which are now trading for space dollars.
