Comments about Engl Powerball II 100W Tube Guitar Amp Head:

Great service after I returned the first damaged item and they redeemed themselves by sending me a better condition that was WELL PACKED AND IN GREAT CONDITION, and it came by within 3 days to Hawaii. Sales people in Music 123 were really nice when ever you are not satisfied with an item within the 45 days return policy. It's a great metal amp, 2nd channel has a nice crunch tone for some classic rock tones not just Metal. You just have to spend more time experimenting with it especially if you plan to use the Z-9 pedal for a top 40 gig. Other than that this
amp is known for its good compression.
