A gritty overdrive that'll add some New York attitude to your sound.

Electro-Harmonix East River Drive Overdrive creates classic overdrive that's as bold as New York City. Add some east coast attitude to your clean sound or send your already gritty tone over the edge. Symmetrical overdrive adds edge and gain without compromising tone. Volume and Drive take it from sweet to searing while Tone lets you dial in just the right amount of bite to cut through the mix.

No matter how hard you drive it, you're always in control. True bypass and tone that is absolutely unflinching at a musician-friendly price! What more could you ask for?

Great for getting some dirt out of a clean amp or pushing your dirty amp over the top

Comments about Electro-Harmonix East River Drive Overdrive Guitar Effects Pedal:

This is a very nice pedal. Don't let the low price on this steer you away thinking it's cheap.
It is a nice compact unit and solid. It has a bright green LED when activated also.
I has a really warm and responsive tone and plenty of headroom without getting hard and over bearing. In my collection I have an Ibanez handwired 808. I like the warmth of the East River better. The Ibanez is really nice and it is what it is. The East River seems to adapt with all my amps and guitars better than the Ibanez.
It has a nice range of drive. I like to turn the volume about 12 o'clock and the drive about 9 o'clock. It responds very well to touch sensitivity and guitar volume control.
Try it and I think you will really like it.
