Standtastic 3 tier stand

from Undisclosed

Comments about Standtastic 103KSB 60" Triple-Tier Keyboard Stand with Deluxe Bag:

Yep. Standtastic = Fantastic. I tried to get around the rather high price of these stands but, to no avail. I have an Alesis Fusion 8HD, which is really heavy, and an Yamaha EX5 which is also really heavy, and a Roland JV1000 which is not as heavy, but as it is sort of vintage I want to protect it.

I had a quiklok 3 tier stand which is also very good, but it is not built to handle the stress of these kind of heavy synths, especially if you angle them. The rubber ends on the Quiklok were deteriorating and I was headed for a nasty collapse when I caught it. So I got the Standtastic 103ksb stand.

That was last November I think, and I have not given the stability of these heavy synths another thought. This thing is *rock* stable. The boards don't bounce at all. I've got the Fusion on the lower tier, but only the rounded construction of the board itself prevents me from angling it on any other tier. EX5 rides tier 2, angled, with no problem. The tips on this stand are like the rest of it. Solid Steel, with I believe a little rubber coating for scratch resistance. JV1000 rides up high, and it's really tilted. I could get another tier to fit on this stand, without much of a problem, though it would really be one I'd have to stand up to play.

This is such a good stand that it should be the standard equipment for any studio or gigging musician especially if any of your synthesizers / keyboards weigh over 30 pounds. You cannot go wrong with this. Don't think any more. Buy one. Now.

Best stand!

Comments about Standtastic 103KSB 60" Triple-Tier Keyboard Stand with Deluxe Bag:

This stand is incredibly sturdy and offers a lot of options for keeping keyboards at different heights and angles. The X-style stands I've used in the past never allow the first tier to be angled, and that has always been an issue for me. I'm now able to see much more of the control panels on my synthesizers, and when they say no bounce, they mean it! This stand is well worth the money. I bought two!
