Definitely Worth a Try

Comments about Fender 350R Stainless Steel Electric Guitar Strings:

I'd always used nickel strings. I just wanted to try steel strings. It's said that they're better for metal, and I don't like metal, but I'm always up for experimentation. I'm the first one in the pool. So I went to my local guitar shop, and they only had nickel strings. What the heck? I thought. So I ordered these.

I didn't notice much difference in feel. They say that they're harder on your finger tips. I did not find that. As far as bending and any other playability, I notice no difference.

I did notice a distinct difference in sound. They sound more powerful. They sound like a good punch in the face. The difference is quite noticeable. They say that well they're a little loud, but that's what the volume on your amp is for. But no. It's not just louder. It's punchier. They're definitely worth trying out.
