I bought one of these in my high school days to go with my SKB molded sax case. It continues to serve me welll (10 years later). I just recently got one for my little brother as well. It has plenty of space for a tenor (or alto) neck and two mouthpieces. Even with that it folds up and fits in my tenor bell. Overall, It's about as good a solution as you can find.

I have a soft case for my alto and tenor saxophones. I've been using a towel to wrap my neck in them, and knew it wasn't working, and also needed more space. I just got this and put it with my alto, and I am extremely happy with it. It saves space, keeps the neck and extras safe. I definitely recommend this to anyone with a flight case or soft case.
