Funky, Bright, and Loud!

By Lee Sullivan

from Undisclosed

Comments about Guardala Super King Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece:

If you like these qualities you'll love this piece. I work it on a Series II and can pierce through in a small room without a mike with a band at medium sound level. However, for mellower cool type jazz although it still sounds good, a darker tone than the Supeer King or King might have a more universal appeal. The Super King is tops if you are playing balls out with a funk band.

The best mouthpiece I have ever played

Comments about Guardala Super King Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece:

I've been playing over 40 years and I've played all the famous metal mothpieces. Until I tried a Guardala Super King, I thought if I wanted projection, I had to live with shrill, harsh tone in the upper register OR hard to play low notes. Every other mouthpice did one or the other. The guardala super king does it all, and the tone stays consistent throughout. It plays easily and I don't have to work as hard to get the sound I want. My only regret is there isn't an alto model at this price.
