All of our shipping methods are backed by our shipping guarantee. This means, if we fall short of our shipping guarantee, you'll get 20% off your next order and we'll refund your shipping.

Same Day Shipping – Order by Noon EST and your order will ship that very same day!

Guaranteed Standard Ground: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We use UPS or USPS,depending on which service gets gear to your location fastest. Items shipped via Standard Ground typically arrive in five business days.

Guaranteed 3-Day Service: Quicker than standard ground, selecting 3-day service means orders are delivered within 3 business days when you order before noon EST. Ordering with 3-day service after noon EST means orders are delivered on the 3rd or 4th business day.

Guaranteed 3-Day Service

Guaranteed 2-Day Service: Selecting 2-day service means orders are delivered within 2 business days when you order before noon EST. Ordering with 2-day service after noon EST means orders are delivered on the 2nd or 3rd business day.

Guaranteed 2-Day Service

Next Day Afternoon Delivery: Also known as the gig saver service, this option gets your gear to you in time. Selecting Next Day service means orders placed by noon EST will be delivered the following business day. Ordering with next day service after noon EST means orders will be delivered on the 2nd business day.

When we ship your item, we'll e-mail you a confirmation number that allows you to track your package. Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the confirmation number to activate. If you don't get a confirmation number or you think your gear has fallen into the villainous hands of the logistics boogie man, don't panic! We're here to help! APO / FPO

Good News! We can ship to APO and FPO addresses via the U.S. Postal Service. Unfortunately, a few oversized items cannot be delivered to APO and FPO addresses because of U.S. Postal Service size restrictions.

More Good News! Military customers living abroad may receive UPS delivery to an actual street address if the items ordered are not restricted for overseas delivery and UPS services the address.

Global Delivery

We ship virtually anywhere in the world using FedEx or UPS service. Some restrictions on shipping abroad are imposed by the certain manufacturers, for instance Yamaha products can only ship to addresses within the US.

Backorders

We have some pretty neat technology to make sure we have all the right gear in-stock when you need it, but sometimes you surprise us. And sometimes there is a rare shortage of the Arundo donax cane used to make Bassoon reeds or the Irish government bans smoking in pubs and the demand for performance accordions drops dramatically. Both true stories.

Simply put, we try hard to have what you want in-stock, but sometime we have items that are on back order. Back order means we don't have any in stock, but we have ordered more from the manufacturer.

If your order contains backordered items, you will not be charged for the backordered items until they are shipped to you.

If you have multiple items and one or more items are on back order, we will send you the in-stock items right away. This means your order may arrive in multiple boxes over multiple days, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result.

We do our very best to get your gear to you as fast as we can, but sometimes shipping holidays, extreme weather conditions and other unpredictable stuff can get in the way.

To protect you from credit card fraud and identity theft, all orders are subject to a 24-hour verification delay while Music123 confirms your billing information with your financial institution. To help expedite your order, please confirm that the billing address, shipping address (if applicable), and phone number you give us on your order match the information on file with your credit card issuer.

Please note: Due to additional processing time, orders that involve gift certificates or multiple payment methods will not qualify for the Music123 Shipping Guarantee until payment has been processed. Institutional orders and orders placed using purchase orders are excluded from the Music123 Shipping Guarantee.
