I bought these speakers because our PA custom speakers blew out while practicing. I didn't expect them to sound as good as the original PA speakers, but figured for the price they would work for now. Boy was I wrong. We push 3 mics, a keyboard, and an acoustic/electric guitar through a little 100 watt PA when we practice and these speakers render the sound of each of these distinctly and clearly. You can pick out everyones voices clearly and the guitar and keyboard don't get muddled together. These are very good speakers for the money.

Bought four 4 ohm mod 10's to build a budget 4x10 bass cab run with old peavey mark I've bass head. I was VERY amazed by the sound! punchy, tight bass, nice definition! Was even more amazed when I plugged in my mesa heartbreaker head. Had been using a 4x12 cab loaded with eminence legends and thought this was tone nirvana, but the mods were even better! A little brighter, great definition, and break up nice if pushed hard. Fabulous value for the money!
