Awesome Bass - blows away most Fenders!

Comments about Rickenbacker 4003 Bass:

Beautiful bass, great sound. You will sound better than most basses out there today. People LISTEN to Ric players! Your guitarist and drummer will love you for getting one. Workmanship is unparalled, truly a pofessional instrument. I use a Ric w/ an Ashdown rig. Can't go wrong with this combo.

4003

Comments about Rickenbacker 4003 Bass:

I've owned alot of Rickenbacker basses for the last 35 years, including two of them from 1966, four from the 70's, three from the 80's, three from the 90's and two from the 2000's and this brand new jetglo 4003 is easily as good as any one of them. I love the new slimmer necks, new and better vintage looking neck inlays, slimmer horns and the new pickups. It plays great and captures the perfect Rickenbacker tone. This new one is a keeper! IMO, if you're thinking about buying one, now would be a great time to get one.

Well worth the money!!!!

Comments about Rickenbacker 4003 Bass:

I am a touring pro with over 30 years of experience on Bass and Lead Guitar. I bought this bass to add to my collection which normally contains a few Washburns and, of course, an Ibanez Black Diamond. After a couple of shows with this Ric, I have relegated all of my other basses to the rehearsal hall and the studio. I'm so impressed with the quality of the bass that I'm going to buy a Ric 6-string to go along with my guitar collection. Deep smooth sounds and great high-end tones without screaming strings or having to put the contour off the charts.

Always the best choice

By Mark Carter

Comments about Rickenbacker 4003 Bass:

Since i started playing professionally back in 1967, I have had the opportunity to play just about every bass guitar around. Vintage, new, hybrid, cutting edge, I've played them all. And when all is said and done, I come back to the guitar that is made for truly professional bass players - Rickenbacker. This guitar is no different. From the moment I took it out of the box and tuned it, I knew that this is the guitar that will go on tour with me and be my primary stage axe. Quite simply, it is the best for the best.
