Overall: This pedal is great at what it does.  You get an incredible fuzzy/bassy tone from it.  My only complaint is that it is not very versatile, you basically only get one sound out of it.  But for the price and sound it is still well worth it.| Review By: Timmy The Rodfather | 4 years, 8 months ago

Overall: I bought this pedal last year-hooked it up to my Fender 212R amp,and my Fender Fat Strat. Holy cow,what a sound! Cream,Hendrix,Ronnie Montrose-those are just a few of the old-school riffs you can get from this thing. This reminds me of the old biker movie music from  the 60's. Overall: This is the best distortion pedal I have ever heard/owned. It makes all of my bands songs sound amazing. It is great for solos and some rythm work but it is a little classic for some of my leads. This pedal is great if you enjoy that vintge sexy solo tone and if you partner it with your favorite delay pedal and Tube amp the tone cant be touched. Overall: this pedal is the best,this is my first pedal and it simply rocks. Overall: A lot of people who've written reviews have said "This [Insert product] has helped me achieve that [insert band] sound." Yes, it will help you achieve that [insert band] sound, but this pedal is so versatile, why would you want to sound like someone else? The Electro-Harmonix Big Muff has helped me to achieve my sound; my bands sound. Overall: I bought this pedal for my bass after using all sorts of distortions. I had the Boss Bass Overdrive (That cut out all the low end) I used the Ibanez (it was toneless) and a couple other pedals. I finally decided to give this one a try, and it's great! With the tone all the way down, it actually added more bass when it was on then when off. Amazing!! Sustain sounds great! Everything about this pedal is perfect. Overall: Although it is guitar distortion, this is a very good pedal for bass guitar too. Overall: Amazing distortion/fuzz. Very thick,  very Mudhoney. More distorrion than a DS-1 at half gain. They even named an album after it. NOT "satisfaction" sound though. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a heavy but not nu-metal pedal.
