For masterful hi-hat tonality.
You'll find the Zildjian A Custom Mastersound Hi-Hat Pair the crispest, cleanest hats you've ever played. Featuring the same crisp, rich, and colorful sounds associated with the A Custom range, with a bolder, clearer "chick" sound and full-bodied overall sound. Developed with the assistance of Vinnie Colaiuta, A Custom cymbals are made using radical rotary hammering techniques, thin weights, and a striking, brilliant finish for crisp, sweet, sophisticated sound.

Overall: Wow, what can I say? Zildjian never dissapoints to amaze me. Mastersound is the only one extreme adjective you could give these cymbals.| Review By: Rodney | 4 years, 4 months ago3 people out of 7 found this review helpful

Overall: I upgraded to these Hi-hat cymbals just one day ago. I picked them out of the carrying bag they came with, and laid one on top of the other. I heard the "chick" noise by doing so. Even then, I said to myself, "Wow! These are going to be GREAT!" I got them on my set, and immediately started playing with them. They were a total satisfaction. I would recommend no other pair of hats.| Review By: Kyle-k2whu | 7 years, 4 months ago60 people out of 126 found this review helpful
Overall: I just recently got a pair of the 15" Master Sound hihats and they rock. They cut through almost any sound. I compared them to my old ZBT and there is a huge difference. If you're looking for an awesome hi-hat pair, that will sound as good as they look, then get these RIGHT NOW. You'll be amazed by how good these sound.| Review By: Doc-urgg2 | 8 years, 1 month ago65 people out of 115 found this review helpful
Overall: I've heard a lot of complaints about this hi-hat because of its full sound, but that`s actually its best feature. Some may say it is not suitable for some music styles but, its full sound, when open, can really work wonders when you know your equipment. Also the sound of it when closed will work for any musical situation. I hear a great hi hat sound that will provide any drummer with a very unique voice.| Review By: spikeman23 | 9 years, 2 weeks ago54 people out of 101 found this review helpful
Overall: These are without a doubt the best sounding hi hats I have ever played. They have a lot of cutting power when played halfway open, and a very tight focused sound when closed. Great for rock, but very versatile.
