Overall: I bought this mic for recording vocals and guitar, and also for vocals when I play gigs a small coffee shop. It sounds so clear, and the frequency response is really good. The case is an added bonus, and keeps both the mic and needed cables protected very well. For anyone who is looking to get away from the standard SM58 and wants a retro looking mic for vocals on stage I highly recommend it.| Review By: Jim -mchbV | 6 months, 1 week ago0 people out of 0 found this review helpful
Overall: Actually bought this mike for a photo shoot for a CD, being unable to afford a RCA 44 BX. It has enough of a vintage look to fool the average person. In fact I use its photo on my business card. As a microphone it was better than I expected. Self noise is fairly low and it has a nice sound. Now someone left the cable out of mine, but the case is a nice touch. Hopefully if you buy one you'll get the cable as advertised...
