This mic is the best. I have a friend that has a band and they use this mic for all vocals. I especially like the fact that I can turn it on and off. I would recommend it to anyone.

Delivers and keeps on going. can't say anything bad. It's great. I like the switch because when I'm not doing any singing I can turn it off. It is especially valuable when we are playing a place with bad speaker placement.

I am a singer primarily in the bass range but I sometimes venture into the tenor regions. This mic is with me all the way. I especially like the way it sounds when I go waaaay down low and rattle the windows! I don't care for the handling noise but that's why I get the switch on all mine (I have three.)

This is a mic that offers extreme quality for any type of vocalist. This may be a bit pricier compared to some other mics but it offers great sound. I have had mics set up that were different kinds and most of the others had to be turned up very loud just to hear it a little bit. The Shure mic was incredible, I barely had to turn up the sound and it offered great quality sound. So if you want a nice high quality mic I suggest you get this one, but if you are looking just for a beginning mic, buy a cheap one and save up for this one.

Nothing to say, it's quality is self-evident and the on-off switch works in perfect silence. Excellent fidelity and richness both on high and low frequencies. A must.

This mic is outstanding. It's just exactly what I said my first Shure* mic was a "SM48" which was really awesome and then I got this mic and it just blew me away. For one it's beautiful, two a lot of metal bands have Shure Mics and this is one of the best, and three, this mic is VERY DURABLE and can not break from dropping it several times. So if you like Shure this is the best dynamic mic on the menu.
