This mic is good for the money, but not excelent.I guess I would sound better with a pop filter though. Its good for live performances, but not for recording. It just doesn't have the clarity like a condenser mic. If your buying a mic to record save up some more and buy a condenser, you'll be glad you did. If your buying it for live shows this one is fine.

As a fifteen-year-old kid in a garage band with almost no money on his hands, I needed an affordable mic that didn't sound like I was talking through a plastic bag. This did the trick. Sounded great and didn't cost much at all.
