Up to 20dB of output gain and an S/N ratio of only 87dB combined with a frequency response of 10Hz to 100kHz make this Nady mixer studio friendly. Power on/off switch with LED indicator. You all e-mailed me and asked me for a review. I had some problems in the past with music123 and had not ordered from you all for awhile. I decided to try again on this order.
I ordered two items, one was defective and hummed, I returned it, you sent another, it was defective, I returned it, you sent still another and it hummed so bad it was pitiful.
I called and asked for my money back, you said I would have to pay shipping to get my money back. (I needed it for a gig that already passed and had to make do with the one that actually worked). I felt like I got screwed so I asked to get a different product so I didn't have to pay shipping. You all said "no problem"
(BTW, I put every return in UPS within 8 business hours).
I got an email that my last returned was received and my order was being processed. Then I got an e-mail saying it is backed ordered.
I ordered this on 11/26/2012 it is 1/1/2013 and you have my money and I don't have anything.
I have had problems with music123 before. You asked me how it is going. Well not too good. I think your company is inept.
Let me ask you a question, if you were me, based on the problems I've had on this order and in the past with orders, WHY WOULD YOU EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MUSIC 123?

This is great for people who are just starting out. It does not come with a wall adapter I recommend getting one. And only order it from Nady because you have a very hard time finding it any where else. Even if it says it works... only order it from Nady.
