These headphones really cut down on the sound and protect your hearing, but you can still hear yourself drumming. I have a big ol' head, so they are a little small for me and can get quite uncomfortable after awhile. My major complaint though is that the metronome is really inaccurate. For example, at 150 bpm its really playing at 164 bpm. At 110 bpm its really playing at 123.5 bpm. The error rate varies up and down the bpm range and is not consistent. Real amateur-hour metronome. You obviously can not do session work with these phones using their metronome. I just use another metronome in the mix and listen to that.

These headphones are really well made, but have a few design flaws. The speakers on the inside rub against your ear and can be really uncomfordable after a while. They would be perfect if the liquid filled cusion that cups your ear was bigger. Secondly, the metronome bpm adjuster ranges from 42-210 bpm, but it isn't acurate and it only goes up to about 190. Everything else on these headphones works great and is of extremely high quality. These things will last you a while. I especially like the removable chord!

These phones have great isolation but you can still hear the drums. Nice click sound/output. The readings for bpm are not correct.
