Put the sound right where you want it.

The Eurolive B205D is an active 150W PA/monitor speaker that is ideal for vocal or keyboard monitoring, multi-media presentations, and home recording studio applications.

Thanks to its Class-D amplifier technology and internal switchmode power supplies, the B205D speaker not only sounds great, it weighs considerably less than most competing active speakers. It pumps out 150 of the cleanest, punchiest watts you've ever heard from a compact loudspeaker, and you can link additional systems via a handy Thru socket. A built-in mixer provides 3 input channels, including a switchable instrument-ready input (no DI required), and also features a dedicated 3-band EQ (bass/mid/treble) for simple, yet effective tonal control.

A great monitor speaker!

By Lawrence Tuck

Comments about Behringer EUROLIVE B205D Active PA/Monitor Speaker:

Bought 2 of the Behringer monitor speakers in December due to a gig I was doing playing keyboards for a church. The setup they were using had everything going through the mains and they has no monitors at all. So I ran my keys through the monitors, that way I could hear myself and the vocalists could as well. I love the fact that you can run "through" from one speaker to the other, and that each monitor has separate volume controls, as one section of the room may be more "live" than the other. Also, the fact that they can be mounted on a mic stand is a great feature, as well as all the inputs. Used the RCA plug input to run a CD player to play different selections for everyone so we could learn them in rehearsal. They're small and portable, but big on sound. Only had to turn them up halfway to fill the room, which was the bomb! A wise addition to my musical equipment collection. I also use them to plug in my MP3 unit and play music while I'm washing the car.

Neat, Cheap Little Spot Filler

By I485Heel

Comments about Behringer EUROLIVE B205D Active PA/Monitor Speaker:

This is what it is -- a starter vocal PA. If you have kids playing thru 10-12in 50-75w guitar amps, go ahead and grab one of these. Sooner or later you'll need it. Can also function as keyboard amp/monitor. Functional EQ. Plenty loud, but do not pretend you'll hear it over a full rock band by itself. Drive it at full power for any length of time at your own risk. The size and pole-mount feature does open it up to being used as a monitor for drummers, however.
