The world of tablet's has made reading sheet music more convenient and easy. No longer do you need that gooseneck light hanging over your binder of sheet music, which can make it hard to see the conductor or your audience. Tablets however have not solved the problem of having to take your hand off your instrument in haste to turn the page (the old way), or tap or swipe the the screen to do so, while in mid song. However, the AirTurn BT-105 Digital Page Turner has.
This little Bluetooth device works with most momentary footswitches and your tablet or computer to help you turn pages back and forth with a simple tap of your foot for worry-free, hand-free control. Simply select the BT-105 in your tablet's Bluetooth settings and you're ready to go. It works with most document and presentation programs for PCs as well as a constatnly growing number of apps for iPads and Android tablets. Besides simple page turning of music or song lists, you can also use it to configure audio playback, change sound samples on virtual instruments, or control play, pause and scrolling speed on a teleprompter app.
The AirTurn BT-105 features a power switch, status indicator light, two 3.5mm (1/8") jacks, and an internal rechargeable battery with a mini USB recharging port. The internal rechargeable battery provides roughly 100 hours of continuous use per charge. The BT-105 also features automatic Bluetooth pairing with the iPad for easy connections and fast page turns, as well as a built-in debounce filter to prevent multiple page turns for each foot switch press.
Approximate range is 60' after one wall, 55' after two walls, and 36' after 3 walls.
Use both ATFS-2 footswitches with the BT-105 for forwards and backwards page turns, or just connect one foot switch for single directional page turns in a discreet profile for use in performance. The BT-105 can also be configured to work with most Mac and PC programs that can accept Page Down/Page Up keyboard commands.

Comments about AirTurn BT-105 Dual Footswitch:
Bought this to try with my Microsoft Surface 2 RT so I could look at sheet music while playing. It works great. I scanned my sheet music into PDF format. Open the file and set the reader to show one page. Forward and back at the touch of the pedal. I haven't tried it with Word. My guess is it will move the cursor not change the page.
