My kid's classmate borrowed a violin string from my kid and refused to return it after my
kid asking him several times. I decided to forget it and ordered a string from Music123.
Music123 forgot putting the violin string in the box shipped to me. I contacted them.
Immediately, they sent the string back to me. Unfortunately, when I received the string,
it was damaged. However, I believe the damage was caused by the UPS instead of
Music123 because UPS repacked the damaged package and sent it to me via express
mail. It is not the fault of Music123 so I did not ask them to re-send the string to me.
Maybe three times is a charm. I'll pay for the string for a third time.
