The Lupeni Pro Double Bass has a design based on German standards and is manufactured by skilled Romanian craftsmen. It is made with a solid carved Carpathian spruce top and laminated maple back and sides. Extra interior bracing makes this an exceptionally stable and durable instrument. It is fitted with high-quality German machine heads and a maple bridge. Traditional ebony was used for the fingerboard, nut, saddle, tailpiece and endpin. The Lupeni Pro bass is strung with D’Addario Helicore strings, and comes complete with a Glasser fiberglass bow, and a Cordura padded bass bag with backpack straps.
