An all-mahogany body adds beauty and warm, rich tone.

No plain Jane here! The mahogany top, back, and sides on this Washburn acoustic are complemented with a stunning inlaid wood rosette and backstrip that make this guitar look like it should be twice the price! The great finish is offset by a multilaminated top binding and single-strip back and neck binding. A trademark of the Washburn brand is the flatter neck, which makes it easier to play, especially if this is your first acoustic. Finished with a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, die-cast tuners, and pearloid dot fingerboard inlays, this is a guitar you will be proud to own. If you are an experienced player this makes a great second guitar for travel. As with all Washburn guitars, it comes with a limited LIFETIME WARRANTY. Rest assured—you have 125 years of guitar making in every Washburn!

Great first guitar for an adult!

By luckylarrys

Comments about Washburn D100DL Acoustic Guitar:

People have me buy guitars for them as I feel I have a lot of experience, having plaed for over 40 years. I bought this for a friend's husband who has never played before. I expected to have to file down the saddle, as I usually do with guitars of this price range and change strings. This one played great right out of the box. I set up the truss rod a bit and changed the strings to a lighter gauge coated string, but really didn't have to. Solid tuners and a nice full sound. Surprising. I was impressed.

Great beginning guitar so far

By Jim Cormack

from Greensburg PA

Comments about Washburn D100DL Acoustic Guitar:

I bought this a first guitar for my daughter (11). It fits her very well. So far it has been a great guitar, particularly for the price. Though it is a relatively inexpensive guitar I would gladly have it as my guitar too. The finish is also very nice . . . the pictures online don't do it justice. Overall, very satisfied so far! Best of luck to you!

Washburn D100DL

Comments about Washburn D100DL Acoustic Guitar:

I got mine in black about a week ago. Out of the box it is very nice looking. The paint/ clearcoat has some runs in it, but other than that it looks great! The sound was a little more mellow than I had planned, but after some new strings it was great!! I don't regret this purchase at all!! I am used to playing an electric and was kinda worried about the action being high, but it's perfect. No fret buzz or any problems with it at all. I don't like the plastic tuner knobs, but now I'm just nit picking.

Awesome guitar

By Wes-71Quy

Comments about Washburn D100DL Acoustic Guitar:

I did a lot of research before I made my mind up on this guitar. The Washburn d100dl exceeded my expectations in quality, tone and action. The Washburn d100dl looks and plays like a guitar that is much more expensive. Music 123 also exceeded my expections.
