Escape With Me

By Maryann

from Bell FL

Comments about Traveler Guitar Escape Steel-String Acoustic-Electric Travel Guitar:

I threw money here and then there trying to find a great fit. Some TOO BIG, TOO HEAVY and the money just kept disappearing. Pain in the hands, arms, and back certainly doesn't help. I finally ESCAPEd the headache when I ordered this beautiful, but little electric steel string guitar. If I ever am able to visit my son in the Army, stationed in Germany, I am broading that plane with my Traveler. The solid polished wood is nice to the touch and eye, with overall good workmanship. Expectations were confirmed as I hooked up my amp with it, earphones and all. All I could do is smile and think, FINALLY. The case is also nice, firm and has a pocket for accessories. This is much more then expected and much nicer then some that costs more. The only thing I regret is not finding this before I bought the other two guitars. Live and Learn

Does what it is intended, but way too much sitar sound up high.

Comments about Traveler Guitar Escape Steel-String Acoustic-Electric Travel Guitar:

I purchased this to take with me on business trips. The built in headphone amp sold me on the guitar. For the most part it does what it is intended to do and the piezo pickups are surprisingly good.I tried two of these and wound up returning both. Both had a horrible sitar sound on high E that was just too much to stand.I returned mine for the Speedster model. Although the Speedster has no built in amp, the sitar sound is not there.

Love my Traveler Escape

By Ken-3czSi

Comments about Traveler Guitar Escape Steel-String Acoustic-Electric Travel Guitar:

Utlimate compact guitar. Swing it over your back as easy luggage to take and play anywhere. Tonal quality is adequate for practice purposes. Headphones that come with it are poor quality but everything else about the guitar is solid.

Excellent travel guitar

By Cass Sumrall

from South Florida

Comments about Traveler Guitar Escape Steel-String Acoustic-Electric Travel Guitar:

This travel guitar solves the problem of all the others I've seen and tried that are too big to legally fit in the overhead bin on the airlines. This one does it and is the most playable, well constructed and versatile travel guitar on the market. You can play it through an amp for awesome electric sound or through the included headphones to play anywhere without needing electricity and without disturbing anyone. On top of all that, the Escape model which I purchased is really a great looking & feeling guitar.
