Sounds and looks beautiful!

Comments about Takamine EG523SC Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I have owned this guitar for 4 years and it just gets better with each year. The action is typical Tak low; it's easy to play, but you can get a little string rattle. I raised the bridge a little and now it is perfect. I set my capo on the fifth fret and I can almost play a brown note (pure ecstacy). Do yourself a favor if you're looking at the Taylors, Martins or Guilds and play this guitar - you'll get a comparable guitar for hundreds less.

EG 523 SC

Comments about Takamine EG523SC Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

The pictures of this guitar do not do it justice. It is just beautiful. Fit and finish is excellent. This is a loud acoustic. Sounds great amplified. I've had it for about two years and no problems. The neck is a bit fat for my hands but I may remedy it by going to lighter gauge strings. The case is very heavy and well made. After the two years the wood has dried a bit and it sounds even better. I wear large size gloves and the neck is a bit thick for me. I like my Les Paul's with the 60's slim taper neck so that may explain it.
