The Steinberger Spirit GT-Pro is an electric guitar that takes its innovative shape, hardware and construction from its composite cousins. But this Standard version uses solid wood to achieve outstanding sustain, exceptional tonal response and a bright, clear sound.
The Spirit features "neck-thru" construction. The neck is solid maple and extends completely through the body. Maple wings on either side complete the Spirit GT-Pro guitar's body.

This is a great little guitar! Although to be honest it has some fairly serious negatives it is overall a ton of fun! Positives: Great to travel with! Carry it right on the plane as a carry on. Really, really, really cool guitar to play! So small it feels like your playing nude! amazing flexibility, no size restriction! Real head turner! The whammy bar is a great benefit, these guitars have needed them for a long time! Negatives: The tuners are hard to access. Just have to deal with it, its not that bad of a deal. just inconvenient. Attention to detail is somewhat lacking. No problem, just return it if it has problems!

This is a great guitar! Makes a super nice travel guitar, and is super cool to show off. However I hope that they redesign the tuner area; the tuners are a bit cramping and a little frustrating to use. To be fair though, it is really nice and natural feeling to tune using your right hand. All in all highly recommended!!!
