Awesome Guitar

Comments about PRS SE Santana Electric Guitar:

I love this guitar. Have about 6 others but this is my new goto guitar. It plays great, sounds awesome and I highly recommend buying this one. I tried this out at a local GC and was impressed at how light the guitar was. I love the birds in flight inlay on the neck. It's real sharp. I use mine for mostly studio work. Love the sound I get.

Go buy yourself one now for christmas. You'll be happy you did.

Comments about PRS SE Santana Electric Guitar:

Form, features, looks, good price. A versatile, fun guitar.

Sound: R&R, metal, jazz, funk, prog. Virtually any style but "wasp-in-a-coke-bottle" shred. Bridge HB crunch; neck pickup saturation when overdriven. Both pups; jangly yet full.

Play: Setup just right. Comes w/ .009s. Neck is surprisingly fast. 10" radius fingerboard is a nice compromise. Trem is stable, predictable. Spank it; it snaps right back. Not a Floyd, but you wont need a pit crew to change strings, and its simple styling fits the guitar, unlike the medieval stretch-rack looks of a complex whammy bar system.

Reliability: New; no track record, but feels as solid as any guitar I've ever played.

Fit, Finish: A tiny fleck of something black is in the finish; may have come out of the spray gun. It won't rub out, so I'll just live with it. And a little gold paint on the outside of the tone knob that I'll be able to remove myself. But hey, for the price, I'll take these minor imperfections.
