Excellent!
Comments about PRS SE 245 Electric Guitar:
First off, kudos to music123's customer support. The first 245 I received had a bizarre jagged flaw in the finish. They quickly and painlessly exchanged it for another, and the second one was flawless.
The guitar looks fantastic (mine is red) and the workmanship is excellent. It's an excellent player right out of the box - bends are effortless. The corners of the nut are kind of pointy but you don't notice it when you're playing. The control layout isn't the same as a Les Paul, but it's actually more logical and easy to catch on to.
The stock pickups have a nice woody tone. It doesn't appear that they can be wired for coil tapping, so I might eventually swap them out to wire up some extra tones. It's proven to be a solid gigging guitar that holds a tune all night - right out of the box no less.
Overall it's an excellent quality guitar that's exceeded my expectations. I'd say it's every bit as good as my USA Gibson Les Pauls.

PRS SE 245
Comments about PRS SE 245 Electric Guitar:
I am very happy with this guitar. First, it was mint, just as described. Included great gig bag, full documentation and case candy.
Pros: The guitar has a beautifully figured (tiger stripe) maple veneer top. The bird inlays are very well done and the guitar is very well crafted overall. The neck is substantial without being too thick, the pickups are very responsive and articulate, the maple body binding offsets the tobacco burst top color very nicely. Tuners are good quality and nut was cut very well. The frets were finished very well with no rough edges.
Cons: The strings were kinda crappy (to be expected) and too light for this scale guitar and the medium jumbo frets. After I put on some new 9.5 D'darrios, tweaked the relief and the intonation, it is good to go.
Overall a great value for the $$; quality is comparable or better than many USA made guitars.
