A trem guitar loaded with all the goods a serious rocker needs.
A plethora of great tones are generated by the Kramer Striker 211 guitar's Alnico V bridge humbucker and dual single-coil pickups in the middle and neck. Controls include a master volume, master tone, and a 5-way selector. The volume features what Kramer calls a "treble bleed" mod, which keeps your tone bright when backing down the volume control.
The Kramer Striker 211 Custom electric guitar features a double-cutaway mahogany body with a beautiful flamed maple top. A bolt-on maple neck has a thin-tapered profile that makes playing effortless. The Kramer guitar's 24-fret maple fingerboard sports thorn-shaped position inlays. A recessed double-locking Floyd Rose-licensed tremolo bridge system won't get in your way and will keep you in tune no matter how aggressively you play.
In the mid-1970s, when Kramer guitars began, they were exclusively producing aluminum necked guitars. In 1982, Kramer cemented an exclusive distribution deal with Floyd Rose. Kramer guitars were also loaded with additional features like Schaller tuners and Seymour Duncan pickups. With the endorsement of Eddie Van Halen, Kramer became the world's best selling guitar in the mid-80s. The Gibson Guitar Company acquired the revered Kramer brand and has reissued many of the historic Kramer guitars and introduced modern design innovations as well. Kramer players include a who's who of rock guitarists with Eddie Van Halen, Ritchie Sambora, Mick Mars, & Vivian Campbell among them.

Comments about Kramer Striker 211 Custom Electric Guitar:
Been playing 17 years.
Very clean construction and beautiful finish (trans purple). Over all the guitar is a joy to play, the frets are clean, the neck is smooth and imo has excellent profile. I think the neck is a D shape, it is a little thinner in the middle then say an American Strat but a little more beef on the sides, I love it!
All of the pickups play nicely for me in a clean mode. The singles are nice and Straty, but the bridge humbucker is a flat when used with distortion. This might be resolved by sending that pickup straight to the output versues running it though the tone knob and cap first. I haven't tried to desolder anything yet, so I'm not sure, but as it is the bridge humbucker could use more bite for my heavy distortion tones. I did raise it up to be very close to the strings.
The floyd seems nice, and when set, works very well/ holds tune. The overall set up from the factory was very good, just needed to retune a bit. Really sold guitar period, not just for the money.
HSS mahogany body with a maple cap and neck?
That's an awesome combo!
Nice work Gibson!
