A clean, cool look, great crunch and warm sustain.
The Jackson SLS3 Soloist electric guitar is a 24-fret no-nonsense neck-through-body monster. It features a mahogany carved-top body that is fitted with a shred-eriffic mahogany neck and a bound compound-radius ebony fretboard. This combination offers fast neck playability and rich, full-bodied sustain. It is powered by two genuine Seymour Duncan Zebra pickups”one in the bridge position, and one at the neck position. Its string-through-body bridge, sealed die-cast tuners, Ivoriod binding, black hardware, and shark-eye inlays top it all off, making this guitar as rich in looks as it is in tone.

Comments about Jackson SLS3 Soloist Electric Guitar:
This is the cookie jar of guitars! You just can't stop playing it no matter what. I was looking for a guitar for all areas, blues, metal, rock, classic rock, grunge, and I found it with the SLS3. This guitar is light, but the sound is heavy, warm, and thick. Having a bridge and neck pickup with a tone knob and selector allows so many different tonal options. The build of the guitar is fantastic, neck through construction keeps your notes ringing for days, and the upper fret access is amazing on the fast and comfortable ebony fretboard. The string through body combined with the neck through construction provides the ultimate in sustain. I had a hard time finding 24 fret 25.5" scale guitars with fixed bridge set-ups and luckily I did, because I wouldn't have searched as hard and found a better guitar. Besides the playability of this guitar it's beautiful, the inlays, headstock, pickups, everything flows beautifully. I don't think you'll find anything better for the money/pricepoint of this guitar. Try one, or buy one, you won't be let down!
