I have been lucky enough to own the AG95 for a little over a year, receiving it for my birthday las year. I had been looking for a decent Jazz box at a modest price, and kept coming back to the stunning look of this guitar. After trying it out at my local music store, I ordered it and was thrilled the minute it came out of the box! Everything about this guitar would make you think that you're playing an instrument three times it's price. The workmanship is impeccable and the bubinga wood body offers a sound that is truly pleasing and unique. It is incredibly easy to play and has quickly become my instrument of choice. I would recommend the AG95 to anyone in the market for a hollow body.

This guitar conveys the feel, vibe and sound of a multi-thousand dollar custom-built masterpiece! It looks GREAT with fine detail work, excellent matched woodgrain, abalone inserts in the fretboard and bridge and many other touches of hi-class. The PUs are the same as those used on the AF75 and other "simpler" models in the artcore series but they are well balanced and produce a "middle of the road" sound - that serves well those who crave versatility, and work very well with digital effects. The neck is easy and fun: action was set (out of the box) very low with no noticeable buzz allowing for fast finger-work. The guitar sounds very nice even when unplugged! I use it as a "makeshift acoustic" in some recordings and the result was surprisingly good! Overall - a fine instrument providing sound, look and feel way beyond its price point - I highly recommend it to players looking for a versatile semi-to full body electric.
