Great Guitar
Comments about Ibanez AEG10NE Nylon String Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:
Its my first Nylon string guitar and its slender than normal classical neck is easier to get use to than going from steel string guitar to full classical neck. Some people say It may not be the loudest guitar unplugged. I think its loud enough for party's & small gatherings. When you plug it in its sounds really special you can adjust it from a real mellow Mexican tone up to a more high treble sound that sounds like a steel string guitar. Ibanez and Fishman did a great job with the electronics. I think the price is very reasonable too. The only change I would make is to throw in a fitted case. A guitar that plays like this should be protected.

I bought this guitar yesterday... Very happy with my purchase. Sounds incredibly well connected to an amp. Sound is clean but a little weak disconnected.

Schweet...
Comments about Ibanez AEG10NE Nylon String Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:
I've been playing steel strings for a number of years, and wanted to venture into classical/nylon. This guitar did not disappoint. I love the finish... The abalone around the sound hole and on the logo are very nice looking touches. The electronics seem to be top-notch, I love being able to change the "shape" electronically. I agree with the other reviewer that the strings are much better than most stock guitars, but I think I disagree with the thin wood argument. I've seen a lot thinner and cheaper... I think it feels very solid. It has a beautiful, warm tone and has become my favorite guitar to play. The thin, shaped-back body and neck make it more comfortable to hold than most classical guitars. I bought a "blemished" model, and the only thing I can see wrong with it is there is some slight water or glue stains *inside* the sound hole, where no one but the player can see it. Overall, It's definitely a great bang for the buck. I love it.

wonderful
Comments about Ibanez AEG10NE Nylon String Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar:
The guitar is a fine instrument. The stock strings are not the crappy ones that guitars usually ship with, the preamp itself is worth $200 USD. The tuners have a nice Gold/Black finish, along with a finely carved leaf pattern. Only problems: The wood is too thin. The saddle is too low, allowing a little fret buzz but easy to fix. Personally, my 6th string tuner was too small, but that was a manufacturing defect, and I got it replaced in a jif. Overall, even for a factory guitar, it is well under priced with it's features. Spend maybe $10-$20 extra for a new saddle and maybe a matching nut, and you're golden.
