I received my Hohner guitar today (model HW03), and found it to be better than expected.
One of the details that I especially like is the adjustable bridge saddle! A nice touch! Ever so handy! I wish I had realized that did not have a case. I expected that it should have said "no case" or "case/gig bag available at a special price". A minor oversight. It would be nice if they mentioned that the fretboard has painted (instead of inlaid) dot fretboard markings, but stick-ums are available everywhere, and there are side-markings as presented on the guitar.
Bottom line: Excellent deal, nice sounding, easy player, fully adjustable string set-up...guaranteed or your money back. Such a deal!
If suggest that the reader would be hard-pressed to find a better music store. It appears that they are doing their best, and then some.

I inspected and played several 3/4 size guitars and this one has a warm and loud sound superior to many others. The adjustable saddle is a nice feature. The neck seems less quality as the dots are painted on and not inlaid. The box has a handle on it which makes it handy to carry if you don't plan on a soft case right away. I'm also partial to the Hohner because my first guitar was a Hohner 30 yrs. ago. This guitar is a great value for kids starting (age 7 or so), or as a travel/backpacker!
