One Remarkable Instrument

Comments about Gretsch Guitars G7593 White Falcon 1 Electric Guitar:

In 1964 at age 12, I was privileged to own a Falcon. Paid $400 used. To this day, the guitar looks and plays wonderfully and has a tone unsurpassed. I have recently played a new Falcon.. Honestly there is no difference. A classic remains the same. You will love this Gretsch addition to the new family line. Details are impeccable and the action is great. Accoustically and electrically .....a gem!

The White Falcon

Comments about Gretsch Guitars G7593 White Falcon 1 Electric Guitar:

My uncle was a professional guitarist in the forties and fifties. He played with the likes of the Tommy Dorsey and the Mills Brothers. He was a great guitarist. He was given one of the first "White Falcons" as a promotional item in the mid fifties or so. I can still remember being very young and seeing him play this beautiful instrument. White with gold appointments and stereo sound. It was truly amazing. As I got older and took lessons from him, he let me play this guitar and when I started playing in bands, he'd let me use it. I don't know if this new version is as nice, but if it's ANYTHING like the originals, you should not miss out on the chance to own this classic guitar. You will not be disappointed!!!
