What A Guitar

Comments about G&L Legacy Electric Guitar with Tinted Maple Neck:

What an amazing guitar this is. Great tone and the fit and finish is simply unreal. I play it through an Egnater Renegade with only a Tube Screamer and it absolutely howls. The coolest thing on this guitar is the bridge, which is one solid billet. It makes the guitar feel must more solid and allows is to stay in tune over a longer period of time. I own this, as well as a Strat and PRS and this guitar is my fav hands down

Legacy

By SamX

Comments about G&L Legacy Electric Guitar with Tinted Maple Neck:

There are many Strat-style to consider in this price range and the Legacy deserves serious attention. Since we all know the history of G&L, I will move right into specifics. Three G&Lsingle coil p/u's and a 5 way switch,G&L Sperzel tuners, black pearl fretmarkers, highly figured birdseye maple neck & fretboard and dual fulcrum vibrato tailpiece are all high-end appointments that make the Legacy a visual masterpiece as well as a pleasure to play. The build quality is easily as good as some handmade small luthiers' work, with flawless fit & finish. The translucent pearl white finish allows the gorgeous lines of the ash body(premium finish only, alder body on standard) to show through. As you move through the pickup selector combinations, you'll get all the legendary sounds of your favorite Strat players and then some ! If you can't tell, I am completely under the spell of the G&L Legacy ! I own more than 20 guitars and who knows how many I've played over 20 + years, but this one distinguishes itself above them all ! I play through a Fender Blues DeVille which seems to be a perfect complement . My advice is that you owe it to yourself to put a Legacy in your hands and see for yourself what I'm fawning over. I think that in this price range (and even way more) you can't find a better player's guitar. This makes it an incredible bargain and you'll be glad because your search for the perfect Strat is over--and it's called Legacy for a reason.
