A lifetime friend is a Gibson guitar..

By Buddy Weston

from Australia

I have played Gibson guitars since 1958,while touring Australia and other parts of the world and my old gibbo has never let me down. she's an old J200 number 0578, so if your ever thinking of buying one I can tell you it will fill all those empty spaces in your act to a point where you and your Gibson is all you'll ever need. Happy playing Buddy Weston..

Best Acoustic Guitar Ever Made

By smalltown rocker

from Brimley, MI

This is one amazing guitar. When they say Elite, they mean exactly that. I play a J-200 Elite and I fell in love with it. The tones, the feel, and appearance all come together to make the perfect acoustic guitar.

Beautiful sound with comfortable playability!

By Freebird

from Corinth, MS

I purchased a new J-200-Elite Custom in 2000. I've owned it for about 1 1/2 years, and what can I say, I love it! The first J-200 I ever played was a 92 model, I couldn't believe the sweet mellow sounds produced by this guitar, a beautiful sound I'd searched for many years to find. I immediately started to look for a J-200, and I happened to find a new J-200 Elite Custom at a fair deal, been pickin and grinnin every since. I love that distinct sound, even though I'd never considered buying a maple body guitar, this is a super guitar, and I've changed my mind about maple body guitars, they are very versatile, It is also a very ornate guitar that is sure to draw a crowd, if you're a good player. Thanks, Freebird

beautiful instrument, wonderful tone

By Eric B-BP9bS

from Chicagoland

I purchased this instrument a couple of years ago through music123 and have been delighted with its playability, tone and appearance. This is truly an American classic, a piece of artwork. I would recommend this instrument to any collector or seasoned player.
