With all the fat, sweet, snarling Les Paul tone that purists love.

Taking design and visual cues from the Les Paul models of the '80s and '90s, the Les Paul Traditional Pro III EX Electric Guitar features powerful pickups with push/push for coil splits, coil selector and boost circuit, '60s neck profile, antique binding, period-correct pickguard, vintage Gibson top hat knobs, locking Grover tuners and the revolutionary Plek set up.

With all the fat, sweet, snarling Les Paul tone that purists love, the Gibson Les Paul Traditional Pro III sports a mahogany body with a thick maple cap for the perfect blend of warmth and clarity. The top is finished in high-gloss lacquer, while the back, sides, and neck have a smooth satin finish that feels great and lets the wood resonate fully. Includes hardshell case.

Comments about Gibson Les Paul Traditional Pro 3T Electric Guitar:

Bought as a blemished unit. Looks as though a buffing was done on the back of the headstock to fix any scratches what were there. I would love to know what happened to it as the rest of the guitar was pretty much mint.. I was lucky to find this at a good price and with gibson not really having what I consider very good QA. Some of the finishes on these expensive guitars are a sin! With the dark color Wine Red though any real undesirable woodgrain doesn't stand out much.. I would have liked a flamed top but that's harder to find a good one, and lately rare. This plays probably the best with the 60's neck. though I do think that the slim taper 60's on the studio's still feel somewhat slimmer still. Guitar looks great and plays great and with any luck won't meet the demise of my '01 studio when the fretboard cracked/broke away from the neck on the edges, (paint cracked where they meet on both sides).. But I need to give Gibson credit they replaced the guitar with a new one.. after 10 Years!! that is awesome customer service.. Find that with any other mfg! Music123 rates the instruments accurately and describes what is wrong if anything.. I have bought a "Mint" acoustic in the past and it was just that. I would recommend.
