The Fender Standard Telecaster FSR Ash Electric Guitar combines the best of the old and new. Fender equips the Tele with vintage noiseless single-coil pickups, shielded body cavities, medium jumbo frets, cast/sealed machine heads and a 6-saddle string-thru-body bridge.
Since its introduction in the early '50s, professionals in all musical genres have relied on the Fender Telecaster for its powerful tone and smooth playability.
The vintage noiseless Telecaster pickups offer sound like a '60s Tele's without the 60-cycle buzz. They're made with the same Fender technology as the noiseless Strat pickups, but are voiced for traditional Telecaster tone. Special Alnico 5 magnets and enamel coated magnet wire along with Fender's Noiseless technology produce a uniquely quiet vintage sound.
The Fender Tele's neck pickup has a nickel-silver cover for added clarity, while the bridge pickup produces the traditional twang you'd expect from a Fender Standard Telecaster. Each guitar pickup sports a very stylish Fender Noiseless logo.
New features on this classically cool Telecaster guitar include a tinted neck and a '70s-style logo. Fender includes a standard gig bag with the FSR Ash Telecaster.

Don't go for the thickly sprayed butterscotch and go for the natural..the look and grain of the wood is second to none and the butterscotch looks thick and nowhere near as nice as the natural. but either way the sound from this guitar is truly amazing and one you'll be very, very happy to own

This guitar looks as beautiful as it plays..The pickups give it all kinds of kick and the clean sound is soooo there...You hook this baby up to a good tube amp (like a blues Jr) and your in Tele Heaven. Amazing tone and the Bridge pick-up has all the Twang you could ever hope for..For the money this guitar is almost to good to be true. The look is amazing but it does have some weight on it (due to the solid Ash body) but this in Spades it is one amazing creature and worth much more than the price...The best buy in a TELE bar none if you don't own a Tele BUY THIS ONE!!! you'll never regret it and it will give you everything you expect from a Tele and then some. It's a steal of a deal!!
