Comments about Fender Classic Series '69 Telecaster Thinline Electric Guitar:

I picked mine up used.Made in '03,mahogany version, all stock MIM. I have been playing for 47 years and have owned them all. This guitar is fantastic in any genre . I play rock, blues jazz and country and this tele sings them all. I play through my '72 Randall Pro tube 1000 Bluesman 4x10 65 watts and use a Digitech RP 100a and that Tele with it's vintage single coils and 21 fret maple neck(which is blazing fast and comfortable)is capable of any sound that you want.In clean mode w/just 1/4 reverb, the blues that come out of it are awesome.I feel that for any price you simply cannot do better than this model telecaster. With The semi hollow body and the special shaped pickguard this guitar screems custom made.Simply put,a fantastic buy.Get your hands on one,you will be very happy whether you are a vet like me or a newcomer,I highly recommend this Telecaster.
