I've been looking for an electric guitar for about 5 months, ive researched day and night every single day. I looked at the Gibson SG goddess but they didnt have it in the sky burst finish I wanted, I looked at the Schecter c-1 fr hellraiser but when I tried it at the store it felt quite rough and not the kinda finish i was actually looking for. I looked a couple of washburns and jacksons, too rough.. I wanted something that stood out .. something different from the others.. and when i saw this guitar i immediately said: this is mine. I simply ADORE maple necks specially with the gloss kinda finish.. this is the smoothest guitar anyone will ever fine and it looks super super hot on stage. i recommend it to EVERYONE.

I got mine a couple of weeks ago and I can't put this guitar down. Mine is red with white polka dots, a very very rare color to find and that makes it real special. But aside from that the guitar plays great and I sometimes like to tweak my guitars and change the pickups but this one I will not touch. If you have the means buy this guitar you will be glad you did.

This guitar is totally worth every penny not only is it awesome looking but it is very smooth and easy and comfortable to play this is my 8th gee-tar and the best out of any one that I have had BY FAR don't waste another moment thinking about getting it... think no further you have found it!

After seeing Buddy Guy in concert, I fell in love with his music. He has such a great style and his guitar sound is impeccably clean. I purchased this guitar and it is by far my favorite of the 3 I own and the many I've played. I love the neck shape and the way it feels. It's very eye-catching and has an AWESOME finish. You're right, Buddy's got the blues and you're right he plays a nice guitar!

The looks and feel of this guitar are really great. The reasons I bought this guitar were different though. In the first place I love the neck. It has a very very nice V-shape, great frets and a finish which feels like a dream. The second reason was the sounds: very all round! The American pick-ups are a great bonus on this Mexican made strat. I have a couple of other strats which are great as well, but are much more into one special type of sound. The Buddy Guy Strat serves me on stage very well. I only switch to an acoustic guitar now and then, but no more between electric guitars. Five stars all the way.

The Buddy Guy Polka Dot Stratocaster is an exact replica of the famous guitar Buddy used extensively to record most of his legendary blues albums both at studio and on-stage. Unlike the original ash-bodied signature Strat with the Lace Sensors and the TBX/MDX mid-boost circuit, the Polka Dot model features three American Vintage pickups with black covers, a soft V-shaped neck with 21 vintage-style frets, passive electrics (master volume, neck and middle pickup tone controls), black plastic parts and a solid alder body with a cool black finish surrounded with bright white polka dots.

When i saw this guitar I was like "I so want that guitar". Its totally my dream guitar. Most guitar playing punks would probably like it. Its an awesome guitar and you should all ocnsider getting it.

I got this guitar through music 123. I was kind of skeptical. But when I got it, all my worries were put aside. 3 pickups make this guitar have many different faces. The whammy bar is a nice touch, making it a perfect guitar for a blues player. The fact that it is polka dotted also makes it an original guitar. It's built really well, right down to the strings that are put on there. I'm going to be playing with this one for a long time!
