A BIG RIG from fender

By Lars Krantz

from Sweden

Comments about Fender American Nashville B-Bender Tele Electric Guitar:

Expencive yes but what a guitar. All the cool looks of a tele and all the great soundings of a strat with thre mices and 5-switch but hey thats not the big thing. The BOG thing i s the B-bender. So smooth so cool so nice sounding. Overall the Nashville B-bender signals quality and style. The sound are so sparkling due to the bridgemic and the egg-sound make you not longing for a switch back to my strat. (I have a Dan Smith strat frsn 1982 you know the one with the worlds best bridgemic but the tele is just as good. )

Special

Comments about Fender American Nashville B-Bender Tele Electric Guitar:

I got mine last year in August, a Sunburst Beauty! An awful guitar for almost any kind of music!I use it for Eagles songs, like Take it easy, Peaceful Easy Feeling! It's defenitely "the" country guitar, but it works very well for rock music as well! It is well made, pickups sound good and the bender works flawless. There are only two things I altered from the stock guitar: I replaced the tuners, I put on Fender locking tuners and I use only D'Addario strings 10-46.You won't part with yours either!

A Great Guitar

By Bill Phelan

from Baltimore, MD

Comments about Fender American Nashville B-Bender Tele Electric Guitar:

The B-Bender Telecaster is a fine guitar. It has all of the classic Telecaster tones, plus the Stratocaster pickup supplies the Strat sound. So it works for rock, blues and country. The B-Bender device inside the body pulls the B-string and raises its pitch by a whole step. You can tune the bend separately with a small tuning wheel on the back of the guitar. The Bender is easy to operate: when you push down on the neck, your guitar strap then pulls on the neck-side strap button, which is attached to the inner works. The Bender's springs are tight enough to prevent the it from operating by itself. The B-Bender allows you to produce amazing and smooth pedal-steel-like sounds for country songs. The Bender can also be used effectively in rock and blues material. Listen to some CDs of The Byrds from the time when Clarence White played for them (around 1969-73) and you will hear some of the amazing things that the Bender lets you do. Also, some early Eagles recordings (Peaceful Easy Feelin', Tequila Sunrise) include some B-Bender. The B-Bender Tele is a first-rate guitar and quite fun to play.

Comments about Fender American Nashville B-Bender Tele Electric Guitar:

Awesome! The exact sound you need if playing country rock. It has the classic tele sound, lots of nice twang, especially on the bridge pickup. If you like playing southern rock, this guitar is for you!
