A guitar with no frills, no nonsense. Just pure Les Paul in beautiful walnut.
The Limited Edition Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar is crafted with a beautiful solid-walnut body. The no-nonsense guitar's set walnut neck is carved to a fast SlimTaper profile and topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
The walnut Epiphone Studio gives you all the great tone and sustain you expect from a set-neck Les Paul guitar but without all the fancy cosmetics. Epiphone loads the walnut LP studio with an Alnico Classic humbucker pickup in the neck position and a high-output Alnico Classic Plus humbucker in the bridge position. Use the individual pickup Volume and Tone controls and a 3-way select toggle to get the sounds you want.
Hardware on the limited-edition Les Paul walnut guitar is a handsome and spartan nickel. That includes the Grover tuning machines, and the new Epiphone LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece. The bridge and tailpiece enhance tone and sustain, and they remain secured to the walnut Epiphone Studio even with the strings removed.

A Les Paul that has been stripped down, but is still a beauty.

I was able to cash in on a great price for the Epiphone Les Paul Studio Limited Edition Walnut in natural finish. This guitar was a tremendous buy! I own a private studio with access to many guitars of professional quality. The quality of the workmanship and finish for this Epiphone is second to none; even to those with a cost well over four times this one. This is a stripped down studio model, but perfect in every way for both studio work and the stage. The action is smooth and quick. The pickups and their tone variations are pefectly suited to perform from soft rock to power-driven metal. The hardware from the tuners to the bridge are better than average quality! Even the crystal clear knobs offer that flare of better quality.
