Lefty's need a great guitar, too.
The age-old adage says that left-handed people are the only ones in their right minds. There must be some leftys at Epiphone, because this left-handed Les Paul Standard rocks! With a mahogany and alder body, maple veneer over carved top, and set neck, you can wail away 'till the cows come home. The LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece provide more sustain and string changing easier. Two Alnico Classic humbucking pickups take the great sustain and tone of your Les Paul and fire it straight to your amp, and the world rejoices - or at least the neighborhood.

Its Good to be a Lefty
Comments about Epiphone Les Paul Standard Left-Handed Electric Guitar:
This is a guitar that I've wanted for a while, but was afraid that I could never justify the price. Until now. For my experience and level of play, it's just right for my needs.

The best you can buy for this price!!!
Comments about Epiphone Les Paul Standard Left-Handed Electric Guitar:
This guitar is absolutely brilliant.Just to let you know, no one should expect the taste of a wine with the price of a beer! Of course it has adjustments and upgrades needed to be done to it but I can go along with the upgrades with my eyes closed on this guitar, whereas your hands would be tied with a Gibson. For people who say there is no difference between the 2 guitars (Gibson LP and Epiphone LP) that is not right...as Gibson uses AAA wood, better pickups and detailed construction. Of course at least 500-600 dollars go to the brand name which is fairly normal. This guitar has a great tone though. For people who are not too picky on the pickups, the stock pickups are fabulous. The tuning machines need to be changed. I am getting GOTH locking tuners. I am not changing the pickups just now, but in the future, I would probably go for a S. Duncan pickup. Buy a strap lock because the ones on this are in such an angle that the strap could slide off really easily. I went for the Dunlop strap locks and they are perfect. Guaranteed to hold up to 700Lbs with those locks! To cut a long story short, this guitar is really great. There is no need to fool people by saying this guitar is as good as a Gibson, lets be realistic. This guitar is the best guitar you can buy for this price however. Great for a beginner or an intermediate. If you buy this guitar I recommend you get the hardshell case to it as well, because the paint work is fragile and due to its dark color may show scratch or bump marks. Last sentence would be.... ENJOY THIS GUITAR, GUARANTEED TO GIVE YOU JOY!
