The most amazing guitar i've ever had the privilege of using, never before has there been a guitar so stylish. I've been looking in 'music123.com' for a nice guitar for too long and i couldn't;t pick a guitar... there were some decent guitars with decent review's but when i stumble over this one, it hit me that i had to get it....after reading 9 reviews all saying wonderful things, i couldn't help myself. I don't regret this at all. The sound quality is outstanding with two beautiful humbuckers.... never before has there been such a guitar.... a definite "must-have'

I bought this guitar... it was a mistake. Playing it at the shop I liked it, but I couldn't play it that loud. I brought it home, when I cranked up my amp, the tone was just gone. It's got a really bad flat dull tone. With some new pickups I guess it would be ok, but for the money, you could get something a lot better sounding.

Comments about Epiphone Goth Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar:
I bought mine a few months ago and aside from the substandard stock bridge ,which I replace with a Graph-tech NV-2 , this guitar has exceeded all of my expectations and has in a very short time, become my No#1 in my collection. I'm 53 years old and have been playing for 40 years and in that time, I have never had the privilege of owning a Les Paul due to the fact that I had been mainly a Fender guy and also that , I thought they were very expensive. Well a few months ago I decided to take the risk and invest in a Epiphone Les Paul Studio model due to the fact that they're much lighter on one's back, and at my age, that's a major plus. I saw the Gothic model with it's unique design and decided to give it a shot. Needless to say, I was not let down . The stock Alnico classic Humbuckers allow this baby to let you play any genre from Blues to Metal of course, and the neck on this which IMO, has a 1960's design, is very fast. The stock Grovers keep tuning stability quite well and the Gothic design with the Celtic cross & the roman XII inlay on the 12th fret, are cosmetically appealing to the eye. All in all, this is one the best bargains out there today if you are on a limited budget . Highly recommended .
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This guitar is worth the money and more.
Comments about Epiphone Goth Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar:
I got the guitar thinking that it would be a very cheap Les Paul copy but it is worthy of the Les Paul name. The classic shaped neck was different than the one I was used to but not uncomfortable. The sound is outstanding, and lives up to the name. A great instrument for the price.

Awesome Guitar
Comments about Epiphone Goth Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar:
This guitar is awesome if you want a quality guitar for a great price. She growls like a panther through my Vox amp. I am very pleased with this guitar. I have had no issues with the tuning. It stays in tune just fine. It also looks great. The photos on the web site don't do it justice. If you are looking for a good quality Les Paul for a great price this guitar is a good choice.

Love this guitar!
Comments about Epiphone Goth Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar:
I've had this guitar for about a week. It's the first Epiphone I've ever owned and I have to say it's a great guitar. She growls like a Panther through my Vox amp. I'm very impressed with the overall quality of this guitar especially for the money. This guitar is a great value and it looks very cool too. I haven't had any issues with it going out of tune at all. I have to tune it about as frequently as I have to tune my American Strat which cost me a pretty penny. If you are looking for a great guitar and you don't want to spend a small fortune then this guitar is a great option.

"Studio" is not what to look for, obviously.
Comments about Epiphone Goth Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar:
Okay, so I thought this was the guitar I had to get. An Epiphone Les Paul, looked great and stylish, How wrong was I. This is my first electric guitar, but I've played on countless others. And when I started playing this guitar the second I got it, a million things I discovered made me realize that this was called "studio" for a reason. The first thing I realized was how damn heavy it was! It actually broke through two of my straps' leather bindings. After I dealt with the weight, I plugged in and was aggravated some more. Strings are stock and standard, get different ones. These don't play well at all. But over the weight, and over the horrible strings, I can't say anything pissed me off more than the length this beauty would stay in tune. To this day, I can't get through one song without it falling out of tune. Very aggravating, indeed. Again, I play metal and punk, so the velocity of the picking might affect the string tuning more than anything, but then again, this guitar is labeled "goth." ...who's not going to play a bit of metal on this? Simple: Looks great. Strings will need to be upgraded. Humbuckers pick up like any other Gibson, great. You won't want to play with this live because of its weight. You will also need to have a live tuner in order to tune after every song. This is a studio guitar. Meant to be played for one quick song while being recorded and while sitting down focusing on the music. Remember: studio.

This Guitar Will Murder You Others
Comments about Epiphone Goth Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar:
This is the first 6 string that I have purchased. I strongly stand by the Epiphone name. And this Les Paul does not disapoint. The first thing I fell head over heels for was the 12th fret marker, Its just too epic. I thought with no fret-markers it was going to be very, very difficult to learn to play a 6 string, but to my suprised Im learning faster. The cross at the top adds a nice touch to the guitars theme of darkness. The finish on this guitar is just simply to die for, so smooth. The action of this guitar is low and perect! The tone is great, but killer with effect petals! Comfortable sitting and standing. Great mobility! OverAll great performance and shearing powerful looks. This guitar will floor you!

I still love it
Comments about Epiphone Goth Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar:
I bought the Epiphone Goth LesPaul when it first came out. My musical capabilities have advanced and this guitar has kept up with me. I have kept the original humbuckers because honestly a multi-effects pedal fixes any errors some picky people might notice.
